With years of experience in community connection, event planning, venue management, and specialist employment support for school leavers living with disability, Tracey has dedicated her career to creating meaningful opportunities that foster confidence, independence, and genuine community inclusion.

Known for her ability to think outside the box and go above and beyond for every participant, Tracey believes that support should never be one-size-fits-all. She takes the time to understand each person's goals, strengths, and aspirations, creating personalised pathways that encourage growth and lasting success.
